Bringing a corporate identity to life
Storio group was formed from the merger of Albelli and Photobox, bringing together six brands and over a thousand employees spread across multiple offices and production sites in Europe.
Its corporate identity was designed within a global strategic framework, with the ambition to unify the group's institutional representation beyond its commercial entities.
My role comes in a second phase: to ensure the continuity and consistency of this system within a distributed, multi-site, and constantly evolving organizational environment.

Governing rather than creating
Deploying a corporate identity is not about simply applying a style guide.
It involves managing a visual language over time, accurately interpreting it in the face of organizational changes, team shifts, and operational constraints.
Every implementation becomes a balancing act between the initial intent and the reality on the ground.

Maintaining Consistency Without Rigidity
The system must be applicable in diverse contexts: corporate communication, internal materials, industrial environments, and strategic messaging.
The challenge is not to add more rules, but to ensure a stable and recognizable perception of the group, despite the diversity of situations.
Here, visual governance is based on continuity, clarity, and the ability to arbitrate.

Role
My role involves interpreting the pre-defined principles, supporting their implementation, and preserving the initial intent over time.
A corporate brand system is not measured by its launch, but by its ability to remain clear and provide structure as it evolves.
